With the changing nature of the necessary response to the spread of the Covid-19 (Corona) virus, we thought it would be helpful to reassure our clients that we have a range of procedures in place to mitigate the risk of potential interruption to our services.
We have put all the necessary measures in place, so our staff can work remotely and continue to provide you with a full service. The same high levels of data security compliant with GDPR will continue to operate at all times.
We ask for your patience   during this time as you will appreciate that   we have not faced a situation like this in our lifetimes and our continuity plan will be a live plan which we will have to work with on a daily basis and which may change.
Our priority is to protect the welfare of our employees and our clients. As a result of the Government imposed lockdown, our offices will be closed until further notice and we will be working from home.  We will be available   by phone and emails and we will try to progress transactions in all the ways we can. Our usual phone and email   will be   available. Documents can continue to be forwarded to our office by post.
For New  Instructions and clients whose transactions are yet to exchange    we will continue to work on your transactions as usual.
For clients whose transactions have exchanged and scheduled to complete -  we are liaising with the Law Society and Solicitors Regulation Authority for guidance and will continue to ensure successful completion in all cases.
For clients whose transactions have completed and are awaiting deeds, please note that we will   send you electronic confirmation of registration upon receipt.  Paper title deeds will follow   in the future once business is functioning as normal.
We wish all our clients, agents, intermediaries well during this time and we pray for your safety and well-being and that of your family.
We thank you for your support during this time.
